Justice Art collection policy
Last updated: 5 September 2026
This page is the public policy for the Justice Art contract and for listings on market.justice.exchange. It is written so indexers and marketplaces can see what this collection is.
What this collection is
- Name on chain: Justice Art (JART).
- Standard: ERC-721 on Ethereum mainnet, with ERC-2981 royalties of 5% to the AssangeDAO treasury.
- Art: original on-chain pixel paintings (64, 128, or 256) or files the minter pins after the mint confirms.
- Sales on this site are in JUSTICE only. OpenSea or other markets, if they display the tokens, use their own currency and rules.
What you may mint
- Work you created, or work you have the right to mint.
- Plain ASCII titles and statements. No URLs, no HTML, no emoji.
- Optional short statement (140 characters).
What you may not mint
- Copies of another collection or brand (including OpenSea, CryptoPunks, BAYC, Azuki, Pak collections, or similar).
- Child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors.
- Non-consensual sexual imagery.
- Doxxing, incitement of violence, or content that glorifies self-harm.
- Stolen work, scraped photographs you do not own, or malware / phishing URLs.
- Items that promise investment returns, yield, or a securities-like scheme.
The site filters titles for ASCII and URLs. It cannot review every image. The minter is responsible for the work. We may hide items on this website. We cannot un-mint a token.
Royalties
5% of each sale on the Ledger goes to 0x7BE99ca4E6893ef57cf349ab56307628100feA00. The same rate is reported via ERC-2981 for other markets. Other markets may ignore it.
OpenSea and other markets
This contract implements contractURI (ERC-7572) and owner() (ERC-173). Whether a third-party market displays a token is their decision. A delist on another site does not move or burn the token.
