The Ledger

Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 September 2026

These terms govern market.justice.exchange (the “Site”), including minting Justice Art tokens and buying or selling NFTs for JUSTICE. The Site is a test / demo related to AssangeDAO. It is not an officially adopted AssangeDAO product and the code is not audited.

1. Who we are

The Site is a non-custodial interface. We do not hold your keys, JUSTICE, or NFTs. Transactions run on Ethereum through contracts you sign in your wallet.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use Ethereum under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for taxes.

3. The service

You may mint original Justice Art tokens, list ERC-721 tokens for JUSTICE, and buy listed tokens. Listing uses per-token approval and escrow in JusticeMarket. A 5% fee on Site sales goes to the published AssangeDAO treasury. Gas is paid to the network, not to us.

4. Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in work you mint. You grant the Site a worldwide license to display that work and metadata so the ledger can function. You represent that you have the rights to mint and list the work and that it does not violate these terms or applicable law.

5. Prohibited use

You will not use the Site to:

We may hide content on the Site. We cannot reverse an Ethereum transaction.

6. Risk

Crypto assets are volatile. Smart contracts can contain bugs. Third-party markets (including OpenSea) may hide or refuse tokens. You use the Site AS IS. To the extent law allows, we are not liable for lost keys, failed transactions, delisting elsewhere, or consequential damages.

7. Fees

Ledger sales take 5% in JUSTICE for the treasury. Ethereum gas is separate. Other markets set their own fees.

8. Changes

We may change the Site or these terms. The live page is the current version. Continued use is acceptance.

9. Contact

Use the channels published on justice.exchange. This page is not legal advice.
